  Two 17-year-old teenage boys took turns "car surfing" on the hood of a car in a parking lot in Colorado Springs. One of the boys fell off the car and was critically injured.   The American Cancer Society hosts "Relay for Life" fundraising events around the country. A woman who fell at an event in Madison County has filed a premises liability lawsuit.
